| lil set of unseen photos from my melbourne trip earlier this year |
Hello my loves, you didn't think I was done for the year did you? Clearly I didn't get to give my closing post and amp you all up for the year ahead, so whilst many of you are probably out there enjoying the fireworks and soaking up the last moments of 2015, I'm here. Here being the comfort of my bed vigorously delivering the closing post to wrap up one hell of a year. And let's be honest I am perfectly okay with that. The year flew by in a blur and the festive season was hardly a season to me, just another few days in the calendar, New Year's Eve was no different, a little saddening yes but the truth is the truth. It's not to say this year hasn't been an amazing one, 2015 was good to me in so many ways and provided countless new opportunities yet I can hardly recount it in a few sentences, so whilst I reminisce to myself in the final hour, let me open you up to the future. 364 days ago I posted my goals for the upcoming year, it's safe to say I can cross one maybe two off the list, but not all of them. After a little thinking and before re-reading that post, I made a list of my goals for 2016 and let's just say, not much has changed. The things I didn't achieve in the last year are carrying into the new year with the addition of a few new goals. 2016 comes with the mindset to meet new people, connect more and share more with all of you.
While you can head back and take a refresh on my goals and tips here: Page 1
I'll leave you with my closing quote:
"Let her sleep for when she wakes, she will move mountains." - Napoleon Bonparte
I hope you all give yourselves the rest you deserve in the new year and move your own mountains, and as always, make 2016 your year and leave it with a bang. Here's yours truly signing off for 2015 and signing up for 2016.
Till Next Time,
- C xx
